New or renewal** licenses can be purchased with proof of rabies vaccination and spay/neuter surgery:

Owners can purchase multi-year licenses (1, 2, or 3 year) licenses. The license must equal the number of years on the rabies certificate. Contact your veterinarian about multi-year-effectiveness rabies vaccinations.

- Change of address or phone number
- Inactivate a license
- Death of your pet and need to cancel the license- indicate pet's name and license information
Replacement Tags
If you are renewing your pets license, you will not receive a new tag -
there is a nominal fee for a replacement tag. Request replacement tags via online, in person, or by mail (see above) - include pet's name and license information.

Reduced Unaltered License, Exceptions & Exemptions:
Reduced Unaltered License are available to competition dogs and cats that are not allowed to *breed.
*Any animal that is bred is not eligible for a Reduced Unaltered License.
